Legal
General Conditions and Terms of Use
These terms govern Arihna Biha accounts, calendar features, Supporter subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, disputes, and consumer withdrawal rights.
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Purpose of the service
Arihna Biha is a prayer-aware calendar application published by JISRIFY.
The service lets users define prayer preferences, generate monthly prayer-block previews, connect supported calendar providers, and sync only app-owned events into calendars they explicitly select.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Arihna Biha, you agree to these terms.
Account responsibility
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless required law states otherwise
Use by connected providers
- You may only connect accounts and calendars you are authorized to use
- You remain responsible for the scopes and authorizations you grant to Google or Microsoft
- Disconnecting inside Arihna Biha clears active local tokens and stops new use through that connection; reconnectable records and app-owned event references can remain
- Arihna Biha requests Google revocation where supported, but remote revocation is not guaranteed. Microsoft users can separately remove provider-side consent from account or organization permissions
3. Workspace actions and user review
Arihna Biha is designed so calendar actions are reviewed before they run.
Before applying sync or delete operations, users are expected to review the preview, selected calendar, and action summary. Arihna Biha is intended to create, refresh, delete, and restore only prayer blocks managed by the app itself. Users should verify the target calendar before confirming any workspace action.
4. Third-party services
Some parts of the product depend on external providers.
Calendar providers
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook integrations depend on third-party APIs, permissions, and account states. Arihna Biha cannot guarantee the continuous availability of those external services.
Email and infrastructure
Transactional emails and infrastructure services may be delivered through third-party processors needed to operate the platform.
5. Prohibited use
The service must not be used in ways that harm the product, its operators, or other users.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or data
- Do not use the service to interfere with provider APIs or evade platform limits
- Do not misuse the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service beyond lawful mandatory rights
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Arihna Biha and its original product elements remain protected.
The Arihna Biha service, branding, interface, text, and software elements are owned by or licensed to JISRIFY. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to the user.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the product reliable, but software and provider integrations are not infallible.
Availability
Arihna Biha may be modified, suspended, or updated for technical, security, operational, or legal reasons. We may also limit access when required to protect the service.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JISRIFY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of the service, including failures caused by third-party calendar providers, user configuration choices, or provider-side revocation of access.
8. Paid Supporter access
Supporter subscriptions follow the amount, interval, paid-period cutoff, and renewal state shown in Billing.
Price, taxes, and renewal
The checkout page shows the selected amount, billing interval, and any taxes or fees handled by Stripe before payment is confirmed. Supporter subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation and access changes
Users can cancel through the billing portal or contact support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; unless mandatory law or another recorded restriction requires otherwise, Supporter access continues until the exact paid-period cutoff. Payment failure can retain access during a recorded grace period, then return the account to Community if it is not recovered.
Refund and dispute policy
A verified full refund of the current paid period stops the next renewal while retaining access through that period's recorded cutoff. A partial refund or a refund from an older period does not by itself change current access. An open, lost, or unresolved dispute can stop renewal without ending access before the paid-period cutoff.
If a dispute closes in the user's favor, Arihna Biha releases only the cancellation it recorded for that dispute. It preserves independent cancellation, refund, restriction, and admin-granted access decisions, and it does not restart or repurchase an ended subscription automatically.
Community after paid access
When paid access ends and no independent admin grant remains, the account and saved Preview stay available. Community keeps one active read-only Agenda and manual .ics delivery; full sync, Advanced Preview, and scheduling are locked, schedules stop, and extra active calendar connections are released through the recorded downgrade choice and safe cleanup process.
Service changes
Features, limits, provider integrations, and access conditions may change for technical, security, operational, or legal reasons. Material changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights or rewrite an already recorded paid-period cutoff.
9. Consumer withdrawal
The statutory withdrawal right is separate from Arihna Biha's technical refund and access policy.
Online withdrawal (primary method)
For an eligible distance Supporter contract, the withdrawal period is normally 14 days from contract conclusion. If the required withdrawal information was not provided, the period is extended by twelve months; if it is provided during that extension, the period ends 14 days after receipt.
Use the authenticated online withdrawal journey as the primary method. It asks you to provide or confirm your full name, identifies your Supporter contract and acknowledgement email from your signed-in account, and lets you correct your name before confirmation. You do not need to find a Stripe identifier, enter a known purchase date, or provide a postal address. Open the online withdrawal journey.
An eligible withdrawal stops renewal and refunds the eligible payment in full, with no deduction for prior use. Requesting immediate Supporter access does not waive the withdrawal right. If Arihna Biha retains access through the recorded paid-period cutoff, that is complimentary access after withdrawal, not continued billing.
Alternative by email
As an alternative to the online journey, send any unambiguous statement expressing your decision to withdraw to support@arihna-biha.com. Include your full name and account email so JISRIFY can identify the contract automatically. No fixed wording, postal address, identity document, technical Stripe identifier, or manually entered purchase date is required for this ordinary email route.
Statutory model withdrawal form
The prescribed statutory model remains available separately from the simplified online and ordinary email instructions. Complete and return it only if you choose to use that model.
